You know, all of my life, I put a lot of pressure on myself and I think all of us, you know, we were our hard work and our burnout as a badge of honor and I was there. I was not sleeping.

Doing good. I actually stick to my own advice. I get my morning routine in, I get my sleep. If I get my sunlight, then I'm good to go. So I feel good today.

For me, definitely it's my emotional control. So if I am always working and I think you, all of us, we're always working on our mind control. Right?
