Can I tell you something? It's going to wash you away. Your hair looks very nice. This is making me regret that we are not a video podcast today because your hair is very nice. Thank you. I like your hair a lot. I got it done for the first time in like a year. A year? It's been a year. Have you, do, have you ever had it done here in Scotland before? No. So this is your first Scottish hair doing. Yes, it is. Is it okay if we say what you get your hair colored? That's normal, right? Yeah, yeah, I got highlights. I decided I'm like, I'm like, I'm going to go for spring. And I was like, you know what? I should actually like take care of myself. It's really, really easy to not take care of oneself or to like not like not go the extra mile. I saw some tweet recently or, you know, one of these little, it's now people what they do is put something on one platform, and then they take screenshots of it and put it on every other platform. And this was... On Reels, I saw a screenshot of a tweet or a blue sky thing where it said, it's amazing how much energy goes into having a mid-level physique and a moderately clean house. And I thought, God, I feel that.

And it takes so much effort to just get as far as I do.
