Welcome to day nine of our 10-day life, just becoming a fucking icon of life.

So this, I'm just diving straight into it because I promise to make this short and sweet.

And I'm just trying to give you a bit of a pep talk, a bit of a way of

framing your mind and how you look at things to really be able to leave the past in the past,

okay? Because anything that you do that is favouring the you of the past over the you of the

future is keeping you in the past okay now the past doesn't have

to be all bad there's a lot of things in my past that really served me for that time in my life or for

that season but it's not necessary to bring it forward it's not like i have to get rid of

everything unhealthy and everything toxic while a lot of that is well a lot of what I'm referring to is things that aren't good for you, but a lot of

the things that I'm referring to also keep you stagnated in stagnation station.

And we don't want to be there.

We want to be moving forward.

era. It's impossible to rebrand if you're holding onto the old brand. Okay. You have to be able to let go.

And you also have to be willing to allow a part of your old self, whether it's routine behaviours, things that you used

to do, whatever it is. You have to allow that thing to die and to mourn it and be at times,
