I've had to clarify to people because it's like, you say hot and it's like, well, it's L.A. hot. There were a couple of days. Oh, yeah. It was just hot period. Like it, like, it was Vegas hot. This would have been hot no matter where. I'm glad where I'm sleeping on couches downstairs because yeah my bedroom and forget forget about it it's not happening so I feel

good that it's finally over. And I feel good that we're here to week two. A fun week. Steve, you were talking, I remember in the newsroom last week just like week one's the ultimate liar. It is. It's a non-truth teller to some degree. Like some teams that got smoked last week or didn't look good or they'll get it back. And some teams that came out like gangbusters, they'll settle back down to earth. And then by week three, that's when things will stabilize. I mean, a lot of guys didn't play in the preseason. A lot of guys didn't have to go to the headset operation and things like that. So these things will be worked out. I don't think the Bengals are going on 17. You know, so we'll figure some things out. Yes, and this is the first time if you're checking in that, Steve Weish is in the building for the preview show, but we're going to be doing this every week. And you might not know, Steve, unless you listen. Hopefully you did. It was a great show.

That we're ordering the games every week in order of the point spread. So the closer it is,

we're going to lead the show, which means, Patrick, we're probably the only show in the country

leading with Rams Cardinals. Yes, and that's why we start with what the unknown is.

We journey into the unknown with a divisional matchup in the afternoon Sunday.

I'm looking at the Arizona Cardinals, a one point home favorite against the Rams. Both teams coming in at 0-1-1. Massive injury report for Los Angeles. Pookinakou was on IR. Steve Avila, the lineman had an knee injury. Joe Noteboom left the game with a high ankle sprain. Other than that, Ms. Lincoln, how was the play? Greg, is Maddie, is nine enough to just go out

there, throw domes and beat the Cardinals? I don't know. Last week was one of those weeks where

McVeigh and Stafford both in Cooper Cup rose to the moment so well, but then when you don't get a

W in that spot, like can they do it again? Because the Cardinals don't have much of a pass rush. So this is the right team and situation for the Rams to maybe get a W. But a Curry at left tackle did not look like an NFL player. McClendon at right tackle did not look like an NFL player. You have a new guy at center. So we'll see how he works out. Havenstein, we're not sure if he's going to play, but he isn't expected to practice early in the week.
