All right, we are back with another preview episode this time, the 2024 Black Canyon 100K,

which is going to be an absolute barn burner.

But before we get to that, we haven't talked on air since the Havillina 100.

So starting with you, Leah, what is up in your world and what's on the horizon?

I went back to work, and that's pretty sad.

Yeah, just learning how to balance all of that stuff all over again.

So lots of 7 p.m. running because I don't know how to be a morning person.

So living that life, trying to train for a six-day race in March and trying to get ready

to compete against Brett at the Black Canyon 60. Hey. Oh, that's going to be such a good one.

I'm so glad it's live streamed. Who's taking that one? What are the odds makers saying right now?

Oh, Brett's got me good.

I don't know. We'll see. Leah, you tend to do better with like suboptimal leadups to the race and then still having a good race.

And us both being on course for the entire day, the day before our races, is actually probably going to benefit you way more

than me.

I know.

It's a, I feel like I'm kind of used to that.

But, and I do have, course, I'm going to bring a chair.

I know.

I've been thinking a lot about that.

I was like, I need to be seated for all of the live stream.

Yeah, we got our priority straight.

Maybe the Jeff Colt strategy of standing all day will pay off though, who knows?
