Good morning, everybody. Today is Tuesday, June 20th, and this morning we are going to look

at the Washington commanders back to teams with change over at the head coach or offensive

coordinator position, as has been the theme of many of these episodes on first thoughts

so far. When we look at the Washington commanders, it sure seems like there's a lot of things

that can go wrong. And in my opinion, it really stems over a conflict between the head coach,

between the offensive coordinator, between the ownership group to this new, between the

president and where all of this team may go. Let's focus on Eric Biannamy. He has been

a guy that has been lingering around the new coach hiring scene for the last boy, three,

four years at least every single offseason. There has been chatter about Biannamy getting

a job. He finally gets the offensive coordinator job in Washington. What is not quite made

public is whether or not he was ever in direct position to get a job and didn't take it,

whether he was just bad at interviewing, bad going through the process. I know the direction

that people listening are going to take this, but I'm not going there because there's

a history with Biannamy of either players not liking him or him being extremely hard

on staff and players. It goes back to his days in Colorado. And there was the whole

of Sean McCoy incident in Kansas City where McCoy was saying how much players disliked

him in the Kansas City locker room. Andy Reed didn't directly shut him down. There's

been a lot of drama behind the scenes. It hasn't quite got the popularity. It maybe deserves

from the player standpoint and just how hard and difficult this guy has been. There's

also something to say to the fact that Biannamy has been the benefactor of a Kansas City

chief's offense that has the best quarterback in the NFL and a brilliant offensive mind

in Andy Reed leading the way on a lot of the offensive concepts that have been installed
