As you probably know, L.A. has been on fire for a few days and all of us out here have been breathing smoke.

So my throat's a little raw, so I may sound a little funny.

I held off on doing the podcast because I knew there was an Al Franken announcement coming

up. I was pretty sure it was going to be his resignation, but I didn't want to do the podcast

until I actually heard it. So Al Franken has resigned over accusations of sexual harassment.

There have been eight accusations, probably the biggest or most famous one being the Leanne

Tweetin.

We saw the picture of him faking, grabbing her breasts in the airplane, and then we, she says he stuck his tongue down her throat

another woman accused him of the same thing couple of women accused him of grabbing their

ass during a you know taking pictures and I think one accused him a cupping a breast so

so there were eight accusations and now Al Franken resigned as a result. Now, there's

for me, and thank you for listening to me, for what my opinion is worth, there's a lot going on here.

But I think this is a big loss for the Democrats. I think getting away from guilt or innocence, okay, this is the question.

I'm looking at the morality versus politics thing.

Now, we know where the Republicans stand on this.

Morality don't mean shit compared to politics.

They will back Roy Moore.

They will back a man who was dating or whatever he did with a 14-year-old and a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old.

Whatever year old happened to be passing through the mall when Roy was cruising. Now, it was

before the Internet, so he had to show up live and in-person. But, you know, they don't care. Okay,
