Ask yourself if what you're doing today is getting you closer to where you want to be tomorrow. And I think this is just a great question to keep asking yourself. I do find that a lot of times people say they want great results.

And if you're not, then just got to change those habits and change that routine. You know, obviously easier said than done. But once again, I just think a lot of people just they say they want to put in the work. And then like when it comes actually doing it, you know, it gets very tough.
