For you guys who are not familiar with her, she was the women's health next fitness star, which is pretty gangster, for those of you who don't know. She's a Nike athlete, just basically a kick-ass fitness professional who's been doing it for quite a long time. It's built a pretty kick-ass army here in the Scottsdale area, so we're familiar with her. and I want to bring her on to drop basic our 21 question series to you guys and a ton of value as well. anything like when we do the minute maxes like I don't think there's anything worse yeah in a minute that you can do I mean like I think like rowing like a 2k because it's longer or even like rowing a 1k if your max effort is is bullshit assault bike still way worse it's bad man it's and like when you guys like like sprints over the track like what do you do like you set a protocol like we're going to do x amount of sprints or do we do i mean it depends a lot of i'm doing it more for like my own workout um you know a lot of times i just like to run i'm more about short distance so just like you know 10 one hundreds you know sprinted down walk it back do that 10 times like that will kill me and humble me very quickly i like that it's weird because And it's weird because I'll get a lot of people who are like, oh, Jeremy went sprinting for an hour. I'm like, you sprinted it for a fucking hour. That's impressive. Like how is that even? Like when you watch like a real like Olympic level sprinting practice, I mean, depending on the intervals and the percentages, they're doing probably between maybe six to 15, and those aren't even sprints.
