Good morning and welcome back to Be You Unapologetically Podcast.

I am Kyra Carlin and I am so thankful that you decided to listen to this podcast on this day.

No matter what it is that you're doing, no matter what dreams that you're pushing for,

no matter what things that you have on your heart that you feel like you're not good enough,

this podcast is going to remind you, you are a badass, and you deserve to push for those dreams.

So I think typically I get on here and I wouldn't say yell at you,

but I just kind of give a little bit of a tangent of my heart

because it hurts my heart when I see other people not pushing for their goals or believing

they're not good enough to even try for their goals. So I get on here and I think I just try and

like fire you up and breathe life into you and give you the belief that I already have in you

to know that you are made for so much more than you're giving yourself credit for.

But today's going to be a little different.

So I initially was going to upload a podcast later on this week because I had told myself

like people they're busy.

They don't need to be listening

to a podcast on New Year's Day. This actually is my birthday. And I was like, you know what?

No, I have so much heart and fire in me right now for so many reasons. I can't hold this in.

I want to be here. I want to be the person that gives you that little push, that little motivation. Because let's be honest, the first of the year, this is where all of the
