having a set goal just like oh I'll make my goals next week and it's like what in the world are

you doing I think here you know we all make new year's resolutions It's just like a given thing, whether it be like

fitness or just mind, you know, being in a good headspace, maybe being nicer, maybe not using

as many cuss words. I don't know. Like it's just like there are so many things that you can be

doing. But I think it's a given that almost everybody

who starts the new year like thinks of a health or a fitness goal they want to do maybe you're

not used to working out so you're a new goal if you are like smart and taking it in baby steps like
