Welcome back to Real Estate Coaching Radio, your daily dose of, I think, real estate reality.

Man, did we get a lot of emails after yesterday's show?

If you guys didn't hear that one, go back and listen to it yesterday all of our shows live uh i guess forever because we have like five or six hundred shows

on um tim and july harris dot com so go back anytime listen to the past shows but what we talked

about is something we don't normally talk about we got a little political yesterday and that fired up

a lot of folks and and that's okay,

and I, you know what, I appreciate your opinions, even if they're not in alignment with ours.

Here's the bottom line, guys, and here is the reality that we find ourselves in. Our job is to

be a service to other people, period, in a conversation, nothing more to talk about. And if you

can make a nice profit along the way, then all the better, right?

Doesn't that make sense? So look, it doesn't matter what political leaning you have. It doesn't.

What matters is that you have the skill set to be of service to as many people as possible in a changing real estate market.

Now, Julie and I had planned a radio show about Centers of Influence,

past clients, databases, and all that normal traditional stuff, and we scrapped it 10 minutes ago.

So if we see them a little bit disorganized, it's because we are on today's show, for a reason.
