A couple of very impressive performances, one from an old boy and one beating up an old boy.

And some other fun stuff happened on this card too. It wasn't bad.

It was, you know, it wasn't amazing, but it wasn't bad. It was pretty good.

It wasn't an awful lot else going on this weekend. I skipped the K1 Grand Prix because it was all the fat boys.

It wasn't like K1 Grand Prix, the lighter weights.

It was K1 Grand Prix cruiserweight or heavyweight or something like that.

You know, one of those divisions that hasn't been serious in kickboxing since the late 2000.

But unfortunately it meant that I missed Claudio Estrada to get his third hilarious non-finish in a row.

This dude, this fight to 2024.

He retired due to leaving the ring in June.

That was in the quarterfinals of the tournament.

For some reason, they still invited him back.

In October, he had a no contest due to hitting the dude in the back of the head too much.

And then last night he just got disqualified for repeatedly hitting the back of the head again.

What a clown, but definitely look him up. It's a very funny watch.

Heavyweight kickboxing. it's just arse.

It's Rico Verhoeven and no one.

And that's not because Rico Verhoeven's so good, that's because there's just no talent.
