Yep, this is the 200th episode of Happy Place which is mind boggling to me.

It feels utterly surreal.

It's all gone very quickly but when I think back about all the incredible conversations

I've been so lucky to have, I feel actually quite emotional and just massively grateful

that I've got to spend time with so many interesting people who have luckily felt happy

enough to share their story with all of us and really be honest and open up and share

their coping mechanisms, their pain, their joy and everything in between.

It has been and hopefully will continue to be a total privilege.

So I want to say a massive, massive heartfelt thank you to you lovely people for being with

me over the last few years, for wanting to learn and grow as a person alongside me,

for choosing to be empathetic and hearing about experiences that are different to your

own.

I wanted to do something a bit special for this anniversary episode.

I want to give you a little bit of a behind the scenes about how we make the show, the

aftermath of some of the important conversations we've had here, as well as let you in on

some funny stuff that happened during some of the chats.

So I guess the idea for the podcast first came about after I had released my book Happy

and I'd seen that this sort of conversation around mental health was really picking up

pace and I felt really lucky to be part of it and I was just getting into some really

interesting conversations with strangers on the street, family members and friends.
