When you have witnesses who lie, that is a really difficult thing to overcome as a prosecutor

when you've got witnesses whose first instinct is to lie to police.

If you're going to be violent within the family unit, when somebody you supposedly love,

being violent outside the home seems like a natural extension of that.

The judge, when he sentenced him, called him to cure evil.
