| 0:17.6 | It's crazy that we've done this for 200 episodes. You know, it literally feels like we just started this literally just the other day. You know, it's been such an amazing journey and it's so cool to see how far this podcast has come and the amount of lives we've affected. Like, you know, some of the messages we get were just like, wow. Like, you know, this is really our why. Like hearing how we've changed people's lives or, you know, inspired them to get, you know, to move past some of their struggles and to move on to new heights is just absolutely amazing. So once again, we're so thankful that we have this opportunity in this platform to be able to teach people to be fit or healthier and happier. And we wouldn't be able to do it without all of you fantastic listeners. I truthfully didn't even think I'd like be alive the day 200 episode came out. Like I didn't even hate the podcast. Remember? Yeah. I mean, it was honestly, when you start something and it's just like you're you're what you it's a lot of time. You know, we don't just sit here and spend five minutes and put this out. I'm kind of like, oh, you don't see the rewards. And this is |

You see five listeners, 10 listeners. And then now when you like the reason we do this is because we want to have an impact. We want thousands of people to be able to |

Our first podcast, our second one, and then we're at our 200th one and now we're there. And that's like you on your fitness journey, whether you're looking to gain muscle, lose fat, don't give up. |

| 2:02.8 | Like, you know, if we gave up after that first week because we got 20 listeners or 10 listeners, like we wouldn't be here. So it's been a journey and I'm happy to be here still. And you got to push through that uncomfortable phase, you know, starting, you know, something new that's uncomfortable, that's tough, that challenges you, you know, makes you want to quit. Like, even for us, it was like the last thing we wanted to do. |
| 2:34.4 | We were filming the middle of winter in Kyle's car. We had an upgraded exhaust, so it was a little loud. Like, we're using a really, like, micro, like a video camera instead of a podcasting platform. Like, you know, but because we push through those uncomfortable times and we probably, you know, also didn't speak the best. we didn't formulate things as well as we could have and you know but at the end of the day we grew with it and the best thing you can do is just you know prepare to start and prepare to fail and when you fail just get up learn from those failures and just keep growing forward so once again we won't be too sappy about it but we're really excited to be be here. You know, we were kind of thinking, how can we make this episode really fun? So we decided on 50 top tips for a better life. So these are going to be some of the highlights and some of the biggest tips and ideas we've given throughout these 200 episodes. So we're not going to really go really deep into them. They're going to be really shallow dyes. we're going to mention tip and then a quick little tidbit as to why we believe in it and why we're passionate about it. But once again, there's going to be a lot of golden nuggets in here. So make sure you're listening. You might even want to take notes on this one. Once again, we will have this in the description. and they will all be time stamped and Kyle's editing this one so have fun with that buddy |
| 3:09.1 | and one last thing I wanted to add as well is when you're trying to start something, if you're waiting for that perfect moment, it's never going to come, you know, and we've said this before, but our podcast filming in a ghetto car in a, well, it wasn't a ghetto car, it was a pretty cool car but was a ghetto set up and like you just we didn't know how to do it we didn't know how to export it just like your fitness journey you may not know um how to do perfect deadlift form you may not know how to perfectly track macros you're never going to perfectly know well you probably will but the point is just start just do it whatever you want to do to do, whether it's art lessons, like let's, let's just do it. Step out of your comfort zone. So no more waste of time. Once again, though, too, like if you want it to be even easier, you know, and here's the thing, I would have happily paid someone to help us make our podcast. We just didn't have access to anyone like that, and we had no idea how to do it.
