Yeah, so today's episode is going to be absolutely amazing. We're going to be talking about five habits of successful dieters.

And I think some of the ones we have listed might surprise you. And these are definitely, you know, fundamentals you're going to be talking about five habits of successful dieters. And I think some of the ones we have listed might surprise you. And these are definitely fundamentals. You're going to want to make pillars of your journey. We also want to let you know that we're having a really exciting episode for episode 200 coming this Monday. So we're going to be sharing 55 things for a better life. You know, we kind of just went over some of our favorite tips, some of the best things. So, you know, that's going to be a real banger. So be sure to be on the lookout for that. So before we get into number one, what is the absolute best tip, Kyle? Truthfully, the biggest tip that we've found, especially because we've helped so many people. And the truth is, even myself, I have Josh's accountability. I have a lot of external accountability.

But overall, we're going to say it over and over on this podcast is having a coach and having

some type of accountability mechanism. Truthfully, the best habit is having a fail safe,

kind of like a generator. When something goes wrong, when you have a bad day, when you have a

bad weekend, when the scale is off.

Like, I honestly believe in what I do so much that like there's no way anybody who follows

what I do will fail at having myself or Josh as a coach.

And it just goes such a long way.

Like I would never try to do something like plumbing wise and or or mechanical wise. Like it's just I stay in my own lane and I think a lot of people just need to kind of take the pressure off of their back and just hire someone or have some external accountability to help them stay on track. Yeah. We have now done this for hundreds of individuals, you know, letting you know that this isn't a fluke, it's a formula,

and that's what it's all about, right? You know, having that extra mechanism of accountability, you know, I like that generator example because, you know, if you're, there's a crazy storm, you got something going on, you know, you have that backup to keep you warm and safe. And with coaching more than anything, because, you know, it can be so tied to emotional, emotions and it can be so daunting and tough, you know, having a coach to really take the guesswork out of the journey, make it easy as possible, really optimize the journey and to do it in a healthy way is just such an important thing. So the summer special is wrapping up here.
