1:05.5	so much going on I feel like I'm a totally different person now than I was then I
1:11.4	mean as I should be right then our late 20s there was a lot of grief a lot of
1:18.7	chaos a lot of very unexpected things in our life and so really I feel like I just turned 30 years old but now I am 37 and I feel like right now if you follow me on Instagram you have seen me talk about this.
1:37.0	I've been getting some hate around how I look because I had a couple of things on Instagram go viral and as a result of
1:46.9	that you reach corners of the internet that you just really don't want to be
1:51.8	reaching I think that there's this idea that going
1:55.6	viral helps you spread your mission or get new followers and a lot of times that's
2:01.5	everyone's goal, but it also introduces you to a lot of people who you
2:08.0	don't want to find and who you wish never found you.
2:11.0	And that is what is happening right now on a couple of my
2:14.7	reels and people because I mentioned my age in them
2:21.2	people have been shocked that I was said I was only 36 and the shocked
2:28.4	comments have not been nice. I mean there are thousands of people telling me that I look like I'm in at least my 50s and it's
2:38.9	been mean and I have been thinking a lot about it because we live in such an age-defying society that a lot of times comments like that are used to bring people down and I think a lot about why.
