So today's episode of this week's episode is pretty impromptu. I wasn't planning on talking about this,

but on Black Girls Heel, Instagram this week, I'm digging into different types of unhealthy relationships.

And I'm doing that because I think when people think unhealthy relationships or even sometimes when I feel like I'm talking

about unhealthy relationships we always go to romantic or maybe not always but

probably the majority of the time is either romantic partnerships or

maybe family and I really wanted to break down that there are multiple types of

unhealthy dynamics that we can have in relationships.

And so one of the types of relationships that I talked about

was the friend who is always giving never receiving relationship and I just broke down how you could be the

friend that's always calling the one that's always reaching out maybe even you let

lent some money you know you're the one who's always there for people to lean their shoulder on but when

it comes time for you to be taken care of or validated or heard,

people are nowhere to be found,

or they give a little bit, but not as much as you do.
