0:47.3	I want to begin by discussing what we mean by developmental stages of growth, So let's start there.
0:54.1	You're familiar, I'm sure, with the idea of grade level
0:57.0	and scope and sequence, right, Noah?
0:59.0	Oh, yeah.
1:00.5	Yeah, so what normally happens with homeschool families is parents are looking for
1:05.5	curricula that matches whatever grade level their child is in. So a third grader
1:10.0	will have a third grade workbook and a third grade textbook.
1:13.0	But what happens if you have a child who is, quote,
1:16.0	third grade level, but their writing is not actually
1:20.0	up to the level that that textbook is expecting.
