Bravado podcast so we're back much sooner than we anticipated we're very

excited and we hope you are as well yeah we really appreciate the support we receive so far and we hope that this has

taking the social media detox because we compare ourselves a lot when we're on

social media but we also want to make note of how we compare ourselves

in our friendships, or in our inner circles, and what we can do to combat that.

Which leads us to the topic of our conversation today.

Stay in your own lane and running your own race.

We really want to talk about not comparing yourself to other people,

but making sure that you are focusing on yourself

because that's what's important here. So the first point that we kind of want to

talk about and get into with you guys is not defining yourself by what's going on around you,

what's happening with other people, making sure that you are focusing on you.

Don't compare yourself or your journey to anyone else except for you. Don't compare yourself or your journey to anyone else except for you and yourself.

Life is about you.

It's not about how fast you're moving in comparison to other people. It's strictly about you. When I was going to

Faitho Central Bible Church in Inglewood, Bishop Ulmer would always say

everyone is concerned about being happy when happiness is
