Black Girl Bravado podcast so this is our first podcast and what we want to do is encourage and motivate.

Yes, and create relevant content for other black girls to relate to.

So we're just going to jump right in.

Today we're going to be talking about wrapping up 2016.

Every year it's a good time to sit back and reflect on what you accomplished, what you didn't accomplish, but what you want to move over into the new year.

And then we will also be talking about our intentions for 2017 and how we plan on maintaining in the new year.

So we are going to start by reflecting on 2016 and just going through a couple tips and tricks like you said before and just

assessing our goals.

So to start off we both order a passion planner Brittany have brought that to our attention a little

Instagram fine.

Yes awesome planner it's really unlike your normal planner in the sense that it has a spot for you to write down your goals for three months, one year, three years and then a lifetime.

So I find that when you write down your goals, your actions that

follow are very intentional and you have a clear sort of a path as you're

walking in life.

That's one way to put it.

And it also has motivational quotes every day.

There's a space for you to doodle or write down daily goals, monthly goals, whatever you have on your heart

that you want to put out in that planner.

Definitely.

So in our passion planner we pulled them out to basically assess and reflect on the year and also

for this podcast to prepare.
