0:50.3	Now, the very first big difference between multifamily and single family investing,
0:55.6	this is a big one. Because when students join or they're contemplating multifamily, they're being
1:01.0	overwhelmed. They think there's so many huge differences. But this one is really big and it's important.
1:06.7	And when a lot of members join or people are looking at the multifamily, they're saying,
1:10.9	ha, I don't really understand how to do this. I had a student on our Movers and Shakers
1:14.5	podcast about a month ago, and he had said that he had an 88 unit deal under contract,
1:19.7	and he was working through it, and he's thankful that he didn't get it because he didn't
1:24.3	understand this first component, which was finance right.
1:28.3	The financing is very different when you're going out and you're investing in multifamily
1:33.3	versus single family homes.
