Look, at the end of the day, this is what's fun about syndication in general, especially for me, you can do whatever you want,

honestly, very few things you cannot do, right? Like paying people to raise money and that kind of stuff. But at the end of the day,

if you're disclosing, that's the name of the game, disclose, if you disclose, you can

construct your deal however you want.

You want to do a one-year fund, a hundred-year fund, just put it, as long as we're disclosing

and the investors go in open-eyed then do whatever you want.
