I've had too many caveats here. So I go to Anatole. Your remarks, Anatole, point to the

fact that the South Caucasus remain extremely dangerous. The war fighting in late 2020 has

not been resolved. There's accusations on both sides about mining, demining, peace

talks have been postponed several times. Russia is said to be a player here for peace, but

Russia and Turkey are sometimes at odds, sometimes together. So I've, having traveled in the

region over the years, weighed on this and have no a special understanding of how it can

be solved. Your suggestion is that right now what we need is talks between Yerevan and

Baku. Is that going to happen?
