There's a case in Washington that I want to start with because it involves the January 6th

events and at this point the trial was to begin before now, I believe, or about now.

Trump. So what that implicitly means is he would be willing to start a trial as late as September or October and try it right through election day if that was what was necessary to get this case done promptly.
