This one is kind of interesting.

It involves Alec Baldwin and a lawsuit against him for defamation.

So let me give you the backstory.

The family of a Marine killed in Afghanistan has sued Alec Baldwin for defamation, arguing that Baldwin falsely accused the serviceman's family relatives of being

insurrectionists. So here you have the serviceman, Riley McCollum. He's killed in August 26 bombing.

Remember outside of the International Airport that was under attack and the Americans were being tried to get out. And so they were processing

would-be evacuees and Riley was killed. Right after his death, Baldwin found one of his

sisters on Instagram and sent her a check for $5,000 to give to Baldwin's, to give to Riley's widow, Jeannie Creighton, and her newborn.

Well, here's what the actor said, that the check was a tribute to a fallen soldier.

And what ended up happening is Baldwin finds out that she is taking part in last year's riots in the nation's capital,

that she is part of that group.

And he called her an insurrectionist because she posted a photo of Instagram that she was there.

She wasn't even at the Capitol building itself.

She was outside at a rally.
