unintelligible, you up to the top of the line. If you are clearly in a mental facility, you go up to the top of the line.

If you have an accent that no one can guess what country you're from, you go to the top of the line.

If you have a handicap and the more handicapped you are, you go to the top of the line.

Then any combination of those two or three or four, man, you're right there.
