0:26.0	that as crisis increases leadership must increase as things harder, leaders need to lead better and that's the world

0:42.7	Some of you, you are parents, you lead kids.
0:45.5	Some of you are big brothers, big sisters.
0:47.5	You lead the little ones.
0:48.6	Some of you are grandparents.
0:49.8	You've got whole generations of your family.
0:51.6	Some of you are business leaders, maybe
0:53.1	managers or small business owners, some of you are ministry leaders, some of you
0:57.5	are coaches, some of you are teachers, we're all leading someone, someone is
1:01.8	looking to us to set an example and help them make decisions for
1:05.8	their for their flourishing and what God does to prepare us to help others is
1:10.7	he allows leaders to go through experiences first and through that we learn
