telling us a little bit about yourself what you do, what you're doing now now that the book is out?

Yeah, so I am trained as a chemist. I spent almost 10 years as a chemist and then I left science so to speak and became a science journalist at NPR and I have been there 11 years.

I covered mostly at NPR viruses even before COVID.

I covered outbreaks around the world, I covered the Ebola outbreak in West Africa.

Then I became a mom in 2015 and like everything changed, right?
