0:08.0	inspiration to set your weekend off on the right foot.
0:11.1	And today, Jesse and I are going to be talking about the concept
0:14.4	that you can have more than one dream and this all came about because on
0:19.2	Facebook my five-year reminder came up of my food studio that I had created and started the
0:25.1	process five years ago. So it was really interesting to see that and seeing
0:29.5	the steps of that project coming to fruition and you know really remembering all the blood
0:35.4	sweat and tears it took to create that beautiful sacred unbelievable place
0:40.1	that was my food studio and for those of you just tuning in now to the podcast
0:45.5	and don't know the backstory just to give you a little quick synopsis on that I
0:49.3	had a food studio in Toronto which is where I taught cooking classes and workshops and
0:55.8	did that for several years and before I'd opened up the food studio is teaching
0:59.5	cooking classes in my parents home so opening up this food studio was a really huge step in my
1:06.1	journey. It was taking all the resources that I could muster and putting into place
1:11.9	a brick and mortar business that was very different from
1:15.8	teaching out of my parents kitchen so it allowed me to kind of create something
1:18.9	from scratch put it out to the world and have people come in and learn and be inspired.
1:24.8	And it was a lot of work, it was a lot of hard work.
1:27.2	If you listen to Jen Pike's episode earlier this week, we talked a lot about creating a
1:31.4	brick and mortar business and the heartache and pain that that takes.
1:35.7	And especially when you're just one person doing it.
