Lrod and it's good to be back. I'm getting back into the swing of things.

John's letting me back on the podcast which John I appreciate that buddy. Thank you. Yeah you've done such a great job. I'm excited for today's interview because this is near and dear to my heart.

Jeff and Laura Sandifer are the co-founders of Acton Academy.

And Acton Academy, you may have already mentioned this before, but this is the school that my daughter

Sophie goes to. She's been going now for, this is her, I believe, second year. My son is a little too young he'll go in about a year he'll start and Laura and Jeff I don't know if you've heard me say this so before I officially introduce the two of you I just I'm gonna speak right to you and that is I tell anyone that will

listen that the most if not the single most important decision that our

family has made is to send our children to Act in Academy.

And when I talk to other folks and I tell them about Act in Academy,

I tell them I would not move to a city

that did not have an Act in Academy.

And then I tell them, hey, your job, if you are a parent, is to figure out, to

campaign, figure out how to get acting in your city, right? If it's not in the town you're
