Chances are, many of you either know someone who’s fighting cancer, or perhaps you’re even facing this battle yourself right now. When I was diagnosed with terminal cancer back in 2016, the path forward was unclear. Traditional medicine and well-meaning doctors pointed me down the usual path, but something inside me said, “No, there’s got to be another way.” Today, I’m sharing how I found another way and beat cancer. I want to make one thing clear, a cancer diagnosis is not the end. When I was first diagnosed, I decided right then I wouldn’t be among the 80% who don’t make it. I was committed to beating this thing. You’ll learn why maintaining a positive attitude makes a huge difference, not only for you but also for your loved ones. Instead of blindly following the doctor’s orders, I took control of my healing journey and defeated cancer. That’s my wish for you - that you will overcome this challenge and go on to live a long, joyous life surrounded by the people you love. 534: How to Achieve Impossible Goals

Today’s episode was inspired by a comment on a post I made in our Miracle Morning Community Facebook Group. Someone asked how I built the Miracle Morning into a worldwide movement. As you may know, one of my “impossible goals” was to change one million lives one morning at a time by selling a million copies of my self-published book. The truth is, I failed miserably in that first year and was 987,000 copies short of my goal. But the lesson from that was that I didn’t give up and found the right people to help me achieve those goals. So today, I’ll explain step by step how I took my Miracle Morning routine and transformed it into what it is today. You’ll learn how to overcome your fears and self-doubt, pursue your biggest dreams, hold yourself accountable, and commit to achieving your biggest goals. KEY TAKEAWAYS A fear of failure is normal, but not trying guarantees failure The exponential value of creating and growing an email list The importance of just getting started, being authentic and taking the first step The greatest form of accountability is setting a target and committing to it Instead of asking how to do something, ask who can help you achieve that goal. 533: How to Overcome Disempowering Thoughts

When negative thoughts creep into our minds, we have a choice to make. We can let things spiral into darkness or focus on thoughts that empower and energize us to overcome them. There is a way to deal with disempowering thoughts, and that’s what this episode is all about. Today, I will introduce you to four powerful questions inspired by Byron Katie’s renowned method, The Work. These aren’t just prompts; they’re tools designed to challenge and change your thinking and the way you react to crippling thoughts and stressors in your life. We’ll go through each one, dissecting how they can help you uncover and understand the core reasons behind your stress and negativity. You’ll learn to transform those feelings into something manageable with regular practice. Most importantly, you’ll be able to shift from feeling overwhelmed to feeling empowered and controlling, no matter the challenge you face. Avoiding stress and conflict when we’re struggling is a natural reflex for many of us. Whether it’s in our relationships, businesses, or family, avoiding stress and conflict is a common reaction. 496: Harness the Power of Surrender

Are you like me (and most people) in that you have strong attachments to things going the way you want them to go? Consider the areas in your life where you may be holding on too tightly and trying to control the outcome. What would happen if, instead, you chose to surrender and trust the flow of life just a little more? Last week I mentioned that I was re-reading one of my favorite books, Michael A. Singer’s The Surrender Experiment. And I’ve noticed that I’ve been struggling to surrender lately, so I thought I’d share my journey of getting to a place of surrender with you today. You’ll learn why surrendering isn’t about sitting back and doing nothing. When we actively choose to surrender to the flow of life, we often find clarity, peace, and unexpected opportunities. This means there is less stress from trying to control everything and more joy from experiencing the genuine moments life offers. KEY TAKEAWAYS It’s not about the events in life, it’s about how you interpret them. The power of looking at challenges as opportunities for growth. The key to unlocking our potential often lies in places we least expect. The tighter we hold, the more we lose. Dance with life's rhythm, don't dictate it. Why letting go leads to deeper connections.
