We build whole theological structures around our entitlement, what we have rights and privileges to,

what our inheritance is from scripture. We quote God his scripture demanding

that he do for us what we want done. I'm an advocate for quoting scripture

and learning your Bible.

And there are times I will use scripture to inform my prayers.

But folks, we don't demand God serve us.

We yield ourselves to serve Him.

We have been entitled for too long and it led us to a destructive

place. It opened the door into our lives of selfish ambition. The reality is church with a capital

sea is established upon sacrifice.
