In this episode, Arnold shares what's inspiring him today, and what it's not what you would expect. It's about an episode about perception, reality, and the incredible capabilities of the human spirit.

0:08.1	It was the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, Ohio.
0:11.9	More than 200,000 people came together to celebrate fitness.
0:16.7	We saw the greatest bodybuilders battling it out on stage.
0:22.3	We saw the world's strongest men deadlifting over 1,000 pounds.
0:27.0	We saw power lifters and Olympic weightlifters setting new records.
0:31.1	We saw gymnasts, ballroom dancers, cheerleers, arm wrestlers, axe throwers, literally every sport you can imagine.
0:41.8	There was something for everyone because I believe that fitness truly is for everyone.
0:49.3	And when this many people come together, motivation is completely contagious.
0:54.5	Everyone finds a way to push beyond the limits.

1:08.6	I have always told all of you that I am not a self-made man. I am the product of
1:13.7	a lot of help. This weekend, we saw everyone realize that they're stronger when they're being

1:30.6	all of Mitchell Hooper's great lifts or Derek Lansford hitting his poses.
