Hello everybody and welcome to the Here We Are Podcast. I hope you had a wonderful holiday season. I hope you have a wonderful new year as well. I started this year I was miserable I was miserable and crazy and had a very

unstable beginning to this year and kind of pulled it together.

And I've been for some time now since about early April.

Been really just, I don't know positive more balanced positive that's not it's not a

word I would use to define myself as a as a person typically but I like to try on new little

personalities new outfits so I've been trying out cautious optimism,

Pragmatic optimism, something like that. I wouldn't say I'm the most positive person in the world.

Sometimes I'm like, because I'm so cynical about

things so much I'm like, but if I'm not cynical, who am I? Will I even know who I am

if I start thinking positively?

I have defined myself as the cynical person.

What's that even mean?

And I don't know, I've been've been I just been trying out this new positive hat outfit

it's neither of those things personality I don't know See, I can't even make sense of, it's,

positivity is such a foreign concept to me that I start talking about it and my words start falling apart.
