Hello everybody I want to start by thanking you for tuning in today and wishing you a

happy new year. I hope you have a wonderful 2019 might as well give it a shot. It's a any chance you have to get a reset in I think is a good time to take that opportunity and kind of reassess things in your life a little bit.

Here's what I'm going to do everybody.

New Year's resolution for me.

Who knows how long I'm going to stick with this?

It might be a week, might be a year, I don't know, but my

resolution for this podcast I'm going to release an episode every Monday. That's what we try to do anyway. It's just sometimes I'm late, sometimes

I've missed a couple weeks. It's something that I've already been getting better at. It's

been getting more in line on a more

regular basis and it's just sometimes this podcast just kicks my butt and it's a

lot of work and sometimes I just don't have it in me and I'm overwhelmed with the million other things that I have going on.

And I really want to dedicate myself to releasing this every Monday.

It will have a positive

downstream effect on you guys the listeners tuning in and knowing that you can

listen each Monday and because I know it's disappointing when you go to check it and it's

not there in the day that you hope that it's there but I'm trying that means I'm

going to have to improve a lot of other things in my life. So then it's going to make me more organized as a person because that means I got to get all the materials to the editor Jimmy Froh. That means I need to have podcast lined up in the bank so that if things go wrong, I can still, if I fall behind on certain weeks, I can still have some episodes bank. That's a tremendous

amount of work. Seems like an easy thing. A lot of work as I'm now in the

fifth year of doing this podcast.

I've never been able to do that exactly keeping two

regiment of releasing one episode a week on a particular day.

But that's the goal for 2019.
