Summary

Creating healthy habits during this time in quarantine at home is critical because whatever you repeatedly do during this time will stick with you as a habit. Once a habit is formed it can be very hard to break because the neural pathways have been set. That means you can set yourself up for long term success during this time or for long term challenges depending on how you spend this time. This episode will help you come out of this time stronger spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

0:23.9	So I'm recording this podcast in probably the weirdest time that we've all encountered in our entire lives.
0:30.6	In fact, the entire world has never encountered what we're facing right now, which is basically a global shutdown of life as we know it, all because of a virus
0:41.7	that is threatening people's health. So it's a very strange time. There's all kinds of theories
0:47.8	flying around about what's really going on, the bigger agenda. Of course, people are bringing
0:52.7	up prophecy and times prophecy. Of course,
0:56.1	the book of revelation. All, all things are being talked about and everything's on the table right
1:02.3	now because we have never seen in all of history what's happening right now. And so what I want
1:08.7	to bring to you today is two things. I want you to walk away from this
1:11.8	podcast with a sense of hope, encouragement. If you are feeling any fear, if you have a spirit of fear,
1:17.3	I want to remind you that no matter what is going on across the globe, fear is not of God. God
1:22.7	didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power of love and of sound mind. So that doesn't go out the window when the
1:28.6	coronavirus, COVID-19, whatever this whole situation is called, you know, enters in. Really,
1:34.6	whatever storm we're facing, we get to have hope and we get to have power, love, and sound mind,
1:41.2	not a spirit of fear, right? So first and foremost, I want you to walk away,
1:44.8	encourage spirit of fear to go in Jesus' name. But also, I want us to look at the good that can come
1:52.4	of this, because God's word promises us that God works all things together for the good of those who love
1:57.0	him and are called according to his purpose. So yes, that includes this situation as well.
