0:31.9	everyone, especially about this recent coronavirus.
0:35.9	So you can see it's saturating so many people's lives.
0:38.8	A lot of people already living in fear,
0:41.6	glued to the news,
0:42.7	and you can tell exactly who's been watching the news
0:45.1	and watching way too much of it
0:46.5	because their entire life is affected by something
0:49.5	that really it doesn't need to be affected by.
0:52.0	And we certainly don't need to be living in fear
0:54.0	no matter what
0:55.0	is coming. So that is today's topic. I'm going to talk more about how to break free from that, how to live
1:00.1	free of fear. We all struggle with it. We all deal with it in different areas. Sometimes it's stuff that
1:04.6	happened in our past. And we still have fear around certain situations or certain things because of things that happen
1:11.7	in our past. Some of it is just straight driven by the current narrative in the news stations
1:17.6	and what we're bombarded with, which is why the Bible is so clear and tells us what to focus on.
1:22.2	Focus on all that is good and pure and true and praiseworthy. Whatever, you know, whatever falls into that category,
1:29.4	focus on that, focus on the things above, not the things below.
