0:42.4	attention. This case reminds me so much of Oakley Carlson. This is a story of a sweet little girl born into a
0:49.0	household of chaos. She's placed with a foster family who was obsessed with her and her siblings,

0:54.7	flourished. Life was going so well with this family there were talks of adoption. But somehow
1:00.3	the biological parents figured a way to work of the system, and Glenara was given back to them,
1:05.6	only for a beautiful light to be dimmed until she wasted away to nothing.
1:10.5	March 2015, Cincinnati, Ohio.
1:13.9	A mother raced into emergency holding the lifeless body of her two-year-old daughter.
1:18.4	The girl's emaciated body showing signs of severe abuse and neglect.
1:22.3	But then how?
1:23.5	Just three weeks earlier.
1:25.1	Did a CPS caseworker report the same little girl happy and healthy
1:28.5	in a safe environment? So many questions. And at its core was a sweet baby girl who had been
