We're here today with our total wellness Tuesday episode of the week, where we are going to

be breaking down ones and for all, exactly why it's been said now for over 2,500 years

that all disease begins in the gut.

And I know that this is a tough pill to swallow for a lot of conventional medicine-minded

people, where they believe that autoimmune issues like rheumatoid arthritis is centered

in the knuckles or the hands or the small joints, or with Hashimoto's that it's specifically

in the thyroid, or with MS that it's in the myelin sheet of the nervous system, or fibromyalgia

that it's located somewhere in terms of the fascia or the muscles in the body, or with
