| 0:16.6 | Oh man, little fuckers. |
| 0:18.5 | Did that come out in the last 10 years? |

| 0:30.3 | 13 hours, the Secret Soldiers of Benghazi. |
| 0:32.8 | Yeah, that's right. |
| 0:33.7 | Let me get out my Blu-ray off the shelf. Are you counting down the days |
| 0:37.7 | till the new Michael Bay film comes to Netflix? |
| 0:39.7 | It's just not the same on Netflix, isn't it? No, I guess. I want to be trapped with a Michael Bay. Yeah, so you can't leave? You're like, oh! And you're just assaulted by those images one and another. You know what? I did consider pain and gain on my list Because I do love pain and gain as the ultimate example of Michael Bay, like being Michael Bay in a way that is perfect because I don't think he's in on the joke, but the script plays up to those, I guess, like stylistic tics and obsessions that he has. I think pain and gain is the one where he started to get some cinefile fans. Oh, the vulgarotourism? |
| 1:11.0 | I think like the Transformers movies |
| 1:12.7 | he was getting that kind of stuff. Oh, I guess he had movies on the Criterion Collection. That's right. That he supposedly strong-armed them into putting out. Oh, good for him. He's like, listen, I want my movie Armageddon, the Rock. There's no reason they're not on the Criterion Collection. Well, he's right. |
| 1:26.0 | So, you know, did you work hard on putting this list together, Will? |
| 1:29.1 | Was it tough? |
| 1:30.0 | I actually did not on the criterion collection. Well, he's right. So, you know, did you work hard on putting this list together, Will? Was it tough? I actually did not find it that tough. No, really. Because I took an approach that I also think you took an approach. Yeah, because I stole it from you. You stole it from me, which is to try not to think of this in terms of the definitive top 10 movies of the decade, because first of all, even trying to do that is stupid. Yeah. Mad Max Fury Road. I don't know what other films came out in last 10 years. Oh, I don't know. The master. The master, Inherent Weiss. Are there some other Paul Thomas Anderson films I can throw on there? You know, the ones that are on every list. Yeah, Resident Evil, the final chapter. I've seen that pop up on a bunch of people's lists. But like, I think when people are doing their top 10 of the decade list, they feel this dual priority of doing ones that are their favorites, but are also somehow the best. Mm-hmm. I agree, because they need to show people that they have good taste or they understand what makes a great movie right and i don't know |
