I went on a trip last week and realized I didn't plan that much, which resulted in not being super pumped with my food decisions. I kinda ate things by the seat of my pants. Had I planned I probably would have made different decisions, and this got me realizing the power of reducing decision fatigue and how that impacts our food choices... even on vacations.
