it's about the importance of understanding your triggers and why we should.

And the best routes to kind of take to help you in overcoming your triggers and your responses. So what is a trigger? A trigger,

if you don't already know, because lots of clients come to me and, you know, we sit down and we go

through what the problem is and I always ask them, okay, so do you know your triggers? What triggers

you into your state of anxiety or your state of
