Okay. So on to today's podcast, which is all about emotions and just trying to allow you

guys to understand that emotions are normal and they're completely real and it's fine

to feel an array of motions in one day. Now I get many, many clients that come to me for

anxiety, they come to me for sadness, depression, all of those array of different emotions.

And we go through the process of

allowing them to understand triggers and how to rein their emotions in when they feel that they

need to when they're very heightened. And a common question or a common thing that comes out of

sessions is for me to tell clients that expect days where you feel low, expect days where you feel

sad and maybe you can't explain why you feel that way, it's fine. We're not robots and we don't

go through life feeling 100% all the time, all day, every day.

It's absolutely impossible to feel that way.

No matter how positive a person is, there are times where you feel like you just don't want to talk.
