0:56.0 | well, this can all feel really murky. And that makes so much sense because most of us did not |
1:00.7 | have good modelling around boundaries. And if you are someone with more anxious attachment patterns, |
1:05.5 | there's a good chance that your communication patterns have generally taken the form of |

1:11.6 | keep them close? And so that might look like suppressing your communication, |
1:16.7 | biting your tongue, not speaking up until such time as you get so overwhelmed and so |
1:22.8 | overwrought with unmet needs and stresses that you blow up and become very demanding and protesting. |
1:29.0 | And obviously that's not a very healthy way of communicating in a relationship. |
1:33.0 | And yet what I see often happen is that people learn about boundaries. |
1:37.2 | They learn about communication. |
1:38.3 | They probably know they have a communication issue in their relationship. |
