Summary

Matt Huffman Matt Huffman, AKA Huff, is the Information Technology Manager at Reinders Inc. Matt wasn’t always drawn to computers. In fact, in his younger years his only experience was with Number Munchers and Oregon Trail. He even attended school to become a firefighter. That aside, he eventually found a great fit for his personality by getting into the IT field. Why Mentoring in IT is So Important with Matt Huffman Matt discusses the way he approaches his work and shares why mentorship is so important to him. He also discusses his views on AI, managing security risks, and his view on the future of IT. 0:38.6	one ead. So maybe it doesn't have anything to do with reindeer's. But to add fuel to the fire,
0:45.1	I actually saw that a previous job you worked at was Reinhart, Boehner and Van Duren. I'm messing up this name.

0:56.6	Wait, that's two different jobs with rain and the name.

1:03.1	Do you have anything to do with reindeer?
1:06.5	Nothing with reindeer.
1:08.3	I guess if I was going to try to make a joke,
1:10.7	I'd say, like, I like to make it rain, I'd say, like, I'd like to make it rain.
1:13.1	I look at IT as when I get into an environment, I rain.
1:16.5	So a lot of couple things could be put off through there.
1:19.8	There you go.
1:20.4	So you got more, yes, the Huff reins there.
1:25.1	Reinhard is actually a bunch of lawyers.
