0:15.7	Today, we've got Tony Hart. And Tony, why don't you give us a little bit of your background?
0:21.6	Tell us about yourself.
0:22.6	Yeah, sure thing.
0:24.6	So like Mike said, my name is Tony Hart.
0:27.6	I am the IT director of a company called Sintium.
0:32.6	We are a 3D manufacturing organization, which means we manufacture industrial 3D printers.
0:41.7	We create the plastic filaments that go along with them.
0:47.4	And we're also a Department of Defense contractor, which is a huge ball of hair for anyone out there that might also be a
0:56.7	DOD contractor. I came from the software development and MSP space, so a manager service provider
1:06.1	for those who may not know, kind of cut my teeth in that realm, which gave me a lot of experience
1:11.6	across a number of industries and customers starting out and ended up working for one of my
1:18.7	customers, which is Ascentium. I was one of the account holders for this company, worked with
1:26.3	them for a few years until they requested for me to come
1:29.3	on board full time and I've been here ever since, loving it and hating it for a various number
1:35.5	of reasons all along the way, but it's a ton of fun and I enjoy learning and doing my job here.
1:41.6	Isn't that too true about IT in general, man?
1:44.5	Loving it, but hating it at the same time.
1:48.4	You know, when we were talking yesterday, you mentioned a book that you're reading with your team.
