So on to today's podcast and I have again, sorry I have been missing for a few days,

but if you're a member of the group, you will know that I unfortunately broke my leg over the weekend, just gone. We were visiting family in Kent and we had

decided that we were going to go and do some skating as a family. And we got there and I put my boots on

and I stood up and I fell over. I fell over. I kind of jammed my foot on an angle.

And as I went back, my foot was stuck. I tried to correct myself and I twisted my leg.

And I kind of, I think they clustered it as a twisted ankle or a rotation break. So my

bone in my leg, my fibula bone basically just twisted and cracked. Not a very nice experience,

but you know what I dealt with it and I'll kind of just break down what, you know, what happened.

And that's that the whole reason for today's session at today's podcast is to just talk about

keeping cool and keeping your positive mindset throughout anything that is thrown at you,

anything that you're experiencing just to try and help you to stay focused and not go into

a dip of low moods when we're in a predicament where our life has changed. So yes, I stood up.
