You know, I tried the absolute woman and it just wasn't quite right. I didn't want to exclude

So on to today's podcast, which is all about letting go of negative emotion, negative, you know, anger, frustration, letting go of those.

And this podcast comes from a client of mine, actually. I had a client in with myself. And we had

done quite a few sessions. We're on session number four or five and initially

my client came to see me for for anxiety very very high levels of anxiety and we had managed

to subside those levels and my client had been back to the GP and the GP said well whatever

you're doing it's working because you are

clearly much better. So we'd created this new ways of dealing, these new emotions, new

structured formats that work for my client. And my client was really, really pleased with

themselves. And they felt like they were on this

path of a transformation. They had turned the corner. They'd gotten rid of all of this anxiety that
